Craig Rhodes Hair

Rhodes has been in the industry for over 17 years and is what we can now call a regular at New York and Sydney Fashion Weeks (2012-2016). His portfolio includes work for GQ, Vogue, Marie Claire along with shows, campaigns and television for X Factor, Bulgari and Bonds. His original work has been published in magazines in throughout USA, Europe and Asia. He is the ACT brand ambassador for Excellent Edges, as an exemplar of haircutting. Rhodes has also taken on the responsibility of FASHFEST Creative Hair Director (2015, 2016) bringing his worldwide Fashion Week knowledge and experience to the Canberra stage.

Rhodes’ cool personality and his calm, almost philosophical, attention to detail betray a cheeky sense of humour and wide-ranging general knowledge. Rhodes is the Renaissance man of hairdressing, who can converse about anything from beige versus ash blondes to who will win the Rugby or Netball World Cup, and his preference for the earthy tones of a pinot noir.

His speciality is cutting, from short to long and everything in-between. Technique is king in his view, and he will always take the time necessary to ensure that he tailors his cuts to suit hair type, faces and personalities.
